Q: I ordered a shaft seal SPX3200SA for pump SP3010X15AZ from Amazon. The actual company was YOLOLIF LUO. The shaft seal was the correct end to end distance, but the bore was too small. My impeller shaft is about 19mm or 3/4". the shaft seal that came (with P/N X004M5DZM5) was about 17mm or 5/8". Can you verify that I am ordering the correct part number for a 19mm shaft? And/or recommend a supplier that will send me the correct seal?
