Which OmniLogic™ model is right for my pool?
A Hayward Authorized Pool Builder or Dealer will be able to help you determine which model is best suited to control the equipment on your pool.
The OmnPL4 with Apps HLPRO4W) is the entry mid range Omni system and like all OmniPLs has 4 high voltage relays (to control high voltage equipment such as pumps or lights), 4 valve actuators, and 2 heater inputs.
The Omni Wireless Remote, Wired Wallmount Remote and Wired Spaside remote are available for use all OmniLogic and OmniPL models.
All OmniLogics and OmniPLs can be programmed to operate systems that share a single pump and filter, or they can operate complete dual equipment. You can control up to 4 bodies of water. You also have the ability to expand the systems by adding additional relays for bigger needs.
The OmniPL4 salt ready with Apps (HLPRO4S) is the mid range system with app control that comes ready to work with our salt cells.
All HLPRO & HLPLUS systems can control up to 2 conventional heaters (gas or heat pump) plus solar. They can also control up to 4 valve actuators (2 typically for pool/spa suction and return plus 2 additional for general purpose use).
The HLPLUS also come bundled with an AquaRite S340 Salt Cell and Plumbing Kit (P-KIT)
